So last quit was a week ago today. So far so good. I'm not really having a problem not smoking, except for when I'm at a bar. Particularly bars in VA. All the smoking going on in there, it's brought me down thrice this week.

Although yesterday I was a bar be que and I had a blast and didn't smoke at all.

so that's good.
